We’re doing another new type of contest for a $50 off $100 Old Navy coupon as the prize.  I’d like you to write a short story or poem telling us why you want/deserve an Old Navy coupon.   I am looking for something with a little humor and orignality .  This is something I just made up quickly as an example.  I hope you are more creative than me:

Dear Travis,

I really deserve a 50 off 100 onw coupon.  Each week I come have a seat in your chat room and have to listen to ash9 and maplevlydad’s childish behavior.  Then there’s you who likes to egg it on.  There are the sidekicks of scandie, aubreytoe, maplevlymom, shoppingninja, thesquid, and numerous others, that make me laugh and sometimes choke on what I am eating or drinking.  And that silly bell, ohh my!  I get a workout each week making a mad sprint to the computer, sometimes tripping on toys or my own feet on the way.    That’s why I think I need a 50 off 100 onw coupon.  All the heartache, laughter, and exercise I have to deal with on Thursdays.

Because last week’s picture contest was such a hit, we are doing it again!!!
But this week, we have a catch, a theme!! It’s UGLY T-SHIRT/SWEATER contest!
Be creative, show me the ugliest top you own, or love, or whatever you want, just be creative!
This week I will be picking my top 3 fav’s and then you guys get to vote! So good luck!! Have fun!

I was reading a comment made under one of the editors of this blog.  A comment someone posted on there facebook comment.  I want to clarify it for anyone new to this site.

This site has a chat room.  the chat room holds up to 200 people.  On thursday, most of the time the room is full of ordinary people.  Who want to get the big Old Navy Coupons.   The chat room has a special feature, a bell.  Which rings when a moderator rings it.  If people have there volume turned up they will hear the bell and get to their computers.  The bell signifies changes in the ONW page.  When the site updates whoever finds the big value coupon, will post it in the chat room to help others out.  Sometimes noone gets the coupons, and the trend of late, is that a lot of people get the coupons.

Some people get the coupons and dont get the time or have the money to use the coupons.  So they donate them to this site.  In return I do giveaways to give the coupons away.  Why do they donate the coupons?  I know for some they donate cause they appreciate having the site and chat room to get together and chat.  A lot of people wouldnt get the coupons without the chat room.   A way of saying thanks. 

I do the giveaways cause it helps out visits on this site.  I pay for this site.  I pay for the webbychat.  I could go with a free chat program, but love the features of webbychat.  I use my time to try to keep the site refreshed.   I hope that answers peoples question.  We dont hoard or sell coupons here.  We work to help others get the big coupons, and keep them out of the ebayers hands.

The First winner of the year for a donated $50 off $10o ONW coupon was ninja.  We played bingo tonight and after the 60th number a bingo was called and verified.  Thanks to Ash9 and scandie for the help.  There were 13 people signed up to play tonight!!   Again thanks mom403 for the big donation.   Without all of you none of this would be possible!!
